Many thanks go out to LeBlanc's food stores, Treads & Care, Mr. Danny Barry, Cajun Catch, Tanger Mall, Mayor Arceneaux and the City Council and Sheriff Wiley for their support, helping to make the 2010 "Best Butts on da Bayou" event a wonderful success.  The GFA cooked 200 Boston Butt Pork Roasts between the hours of 4 PM on Thursday and 6PM on Friday, and it seems the "Best Butts on the Bayou" were a hit for the 4th of July weekend.  For those of you who had to wait longer than expected, we apologize.  A huge thank you to all who supported us this weekend and came out to cook, help or just hang out.  Moreover thank you to everyone who purchased a roast!  We had fun cooking them, and we hope everyone enjoyed eating them.  We hope to make it bigger and better next year!  Thanks again to everyone who made this event possible!
