This Freightliner chassis tanker is owned by Ascension Parish Fire District number one, but is housed, operated and maintained by the City of Gonzales Fire Department.  It serves as a very important tool for the many water shuttle operations and mutual aid responses for the outlying areas oc Gonzales where there are no hydrants.
